The National Black Justice Coalition supports Medicare (for the elderly and disabled) and Medicaid (for the poor).  We do not support Medicare proposals or laws that restrict the government’s right or duty to negotiate for lower cost prescription drugs or that restrict the importation of safe, lower cost drugs from Canada or other countries.
