The National Black Justice Coalition recognizes that America is a nation of immigrants.  We support the right of non-Americans to emigrate to the U.S. in a lawful and orderly process.  We support fair and equitable immigration policy, and we favor efforts to balance immigration to include more people from underrepresented populations in Africa and the Caribbean.  We do not support immigration restrictions based on HIV status.
