Employment Anti-discrimination

 

The National Black Justice Coalition strongly supports passage of the federal Employment Non Discrimination Act (ENDA).  Currently, there is no federal law that prohibits employment or housing discrimination against SGL and LGBT people based on their sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.  ENDA would outlaw job discrimination against gays and lesbians, and we strongly support that.
