The National Black Justice Coalition believes in the constitutional separation of church and state.  We also believe that Black SGL/LGBT people have a right to stand up to homophobic pastors in the Black church who preach hatred from the pulpit.  NBJC will continue to work with affirming churches that welcome and accept lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.
