8 am - 8:30 am:  Plenary Welcome-:  Kick off the day in the main conference hall (all your attendees there, no concurrent programming).   Welcoming remarks from your leadership

8:30-9:15 Plenary: Overview of general health disparities in the African-American community and recent efforts by mainstream medicine, health organizations, and government to address those disparities.  Specifics about obesity, HIV/AIDS, diabetes, etc.

9:15-9:30  Q&A to plenary

9:30-10:15 Plenary:  Panel addresses health issues specific to LGBT persons, as well as some key policy issues. Speakers:  Cornelius Baker, Dr. Vicki Mays, Dr. Greg Millet, Joel Ginsberg, Dr. Henry Ng
